"I’ve used Bulldog products for several years. Always bought in store but my recent purchase was online. Unfortunately one of the items purchased had incorrect (4 images) when arrived I noticed it was not as described so I contacted customer services. Almost immediately I received a reply from a BOT - whilst it was quite good it didn’t address my issue. I replied and received a further response however that was more than 3 working days. Since then I’ve contacted customer service but they have failed to reply, resolve or engage. Actually not quite correct they have repeatedly emailed me asking for reviews - My review is be careful what you order online as the images don’t necessarily match the text. Should you need to then contact Customer Support your wasting your time. My low correlates to aftercare, support or lack of it !! Product is good, shame they don’t “care for their customers”."
