"I have sent several emails to this company and filled in their ticket forms . I have written to them via Facebook message for over 2 weeks now and not even a response . I have since been on Trustpilot and seen the most appalling reviews along with my own . Avoid Bulldog completely as they have no customer care response when things go wrong . I have resorted to contacting my bank for a refund . Despicable !!! The annoying thing is I bought it as a gift for someone’s birthday too so that didn’t happen 😡"
